A workshop and book by Shimon Apisdorf, ordained Rabbi who studied at the University of
Cincinnati, Telshe Yeshiva of Cleveland, and Yeshivat Aish Ha Torah in Jerusalem.

There will be two performances:

and ages: Fish printing,
Sukkah decorations,
greeting cards, pomegran-
ate printing, challah
braiding, cider malting,
and a special bee session
led by those wonderful
folks at Cranbrook Sci-
ence Center.
Holiday Table Workshop
Strudel making, challah baking, gefilte fish making, and flower arranging,
along with a beautifully set holiday table exhibit by Judaica Gift Galleries.
For those of you that would like to come to Apples and Honey and go
home with new skills to enhance your holiday celebration this workshop
will allow you a little more time with a little less crowding. Featuring —

Rachel Silberberg — Challah Braiding for the High Holidays
Sharon Rome — Flower arranging for the holiday table
