Wmagazine recruited
Giorgio Armani, Jean
Paul Gaultier, Donna
Karan, Calvin Klein, Karl
Lagerfeld and Isaac
Mizrahi to design a T-shirt
commemorating the 20th
anniversary of the maga-
zine.
Jacobson's held a tea at
their Birmingham store to
announce they will be sell-
ing the $20 T-shirts with all
profits donated to the
Hospice of Southeastern
Michigan, the third largest
hospice in the United States.
The local hospice now has a
wing devoted to terminally-
ill patients with AIDS.
The T-shirts will be sold
throughout the country with
other retailers. They can
also be ordered by calling 1-
800-222WMAG.

LORION'S BIRTHDAY
Loretta Lorion's fine chil-
dren's apparel in the Bloom-
field Plaza will celebrate
their 10th birthday on Aug.
15 from 2-4 p.m. Loretta
Lorion will donate 10 per-
cent of the day's sales to the
Juvenile Diabetes Founda-
tion. The children will
receive door prizes.

INDIANER FAMILY
REUNION 1992

Reider, of Grand Rapids,
and Lee Indianer, of Flint,
attended with their families.

to Detroit between 1915 and
1921 from Chodorow,
Galicia in Poland. Among

INDIANER REUNION

Marcia Indianer
Meyers of Indiana is inter-
ested in her family
genealogy. As the youngest
of 26 first cousins, she began
a newsletter which inspired
a family reunion the last
weekend in June. Attending
the reunion from Detroit
were the the families of
Amy and Sy Singer,
Eleanor and Jack Sol,
Helen and Sy Indianer,

generation married into
were: the Altmans,
Singers, Eisensteins and
Servers. The second genera-
tion children joined with the
Kaufer, Greenberg,
Sorkin, Hordes and
Reider families.
The Indianer family reu-
nion 1992 published a keep-
sake booklet with
photographs of the entire
family. ❑
