Hermelins Host
Campaign Event

David and Doreen
Hermelin will host con-
tributors to the Young Adult
Division major gifts section at
a dinner meeting on behalf of
the 1990 Allied Jewish Cam-
paign, 6:30 p.m. Oct. 17.
The Hermelins will address
the meeting for donors of
$2,500 and over.
A former Campaign chair-
man, David Hermelin is a
1990 major gifts chairman
and a vice president of the
Jewish Welfare Federation.
Doreen Hermelin is president
of Federation's Women's Divi-
sion and a member of the
1990 Campaign management
team.

JPI Sponsors

Sukkot Celebration

The Jewish Parents In-
stitute will hold a Sukkot
holiday celebration 11 a.m. to
4 p.m., Oct. 15, at Camp
Maas. Participants are asked
to bring a picnic lunch and
harvest decorations for the
sukkah. JPI will supply
dessert, apples and cider. For

Susan Janet Felbeck and
David Jerome Schreiber an-
nounce their engagement.
She is the daughter of David •
and Annamaria Inka Felbeck
of Ann Arbor and Frances
and Robert Carrigan of Ann
Arbor. He is the son of George
and Rivka Schreiber of Oak
Park.
The future bride is a
graduate of Pioneer High
School and Michigan State
University, where she receiv-
ed a degree in music. She is a
music teacher in Ann Arbor.
Her fiance graduated from
Oak Park High School and
the University of Michigan,
where he received his
master's degree in urban
planning. He is employed by
the economic development
division of Oakland County.
A November wedding is
Ann Arbor is planned.
