Fire Engine Project
In response to the emergen-
cy facing the Jewish National
Fund because of arson that
has taken place over the last
two summers in Israel, Mrs.
Flora Hoffman, long-time
supporter of the women of
Jewish National Fund, has
undertaken a $5,000 commit-
the Beckman-Hoffman Fami-
ly Forest in the American In-
dependence Park, outside of
Jerusalem; she is a patron in
the Women of JNF's last pro-
ject, the Beit Bluma School
Sports Field and Landscaping
Project in Petach Tikvah; and
last year contributed towards
the purchase of the fire
engine.
