at Young Israel of Southfield
with her Soviet twin, Lena
Zaslovsky of Moscow.
Naomi is the daughter of
Dr. and Mrs. Matthew Bur-
man and the granddaughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Marek
Kronenberg of La Paz,
Bolivia, and Dr. and Mrs.
Daniel Burman of Jerusalem,
Israel.
Lena's father, Pavel, a
metallurgist and aviation
technologist, applied for an
exit visa in 1979.
Naomi's parents visited the
Alexander Yoffee family in
Moscow three years ago, after
their older daughter,
Gabriella, had twinned her
bat mitzvah with the Yoffee's
daughter, Anna. The Yoffees
are now living in Israel, hav-
ing received their exit visas
this past year.
