Dr. Stuart M. Finch, pro-
fessor and head of the outpa-
tient child and adolescent
psychiatry department at the
Medical College of Georgia,
will speak on "Society and
Youth in a Changing World"
at Sinai Hospital of Detroit
on Monday.
The talk, the fifth annual
Esther B. Chapnick Memorial
Lecture, begins at 7:30 p.m. in
Sinai's Zuckerman Audito-
rium. There is no charge, and
the public is invited.
The lecture is given in
memory of Esther B. Chap-
nick, the late wife of Dr.
Henry Chapnick, an internist
on the medical staff, Sinai
Hospital.
Dr. Finch is an interna-
tionally recognized authority
on children and adolescents.
He's written dozens of books
and articles on many aspects
of childhood development and
behavior.
Dr. Finch has chaired
several professional associa-
tions, including the Commit-
tee on Mental Retardation,
Group for the Advancement of
Psychiatry.
A reception will follow Dr.
Finch's presentation in
Sinai's Zuckerman Dining
