High Court Issues Order on Defense Actions on WB
JERUSALEM (JTA) —
The Supreme Court has or-
dered defense authorities to
cease sealing off houses and
business establishments in
the Dahayshe refugee camp
and removing Palestinian
residents living near the
Jerusalem-Hebron high-
way.
The court issued its tem-
porary injunction at the re-
quest of local residents after
press reports that the Is-

An Oak Park market has
won a case against the state
of Michigan which will aid

kosher and get kosher food
for infants and children.
Mansours Market
brought suit in Oakland
County Circuit Court after
the state withdrew the
market's participation in
the Special Supplemental
Food Program for Women,
Infants and Children.
The state claimed the
market's prices for kosher
foods were higher than that
state guidelines allowed.
But the state did not have
special guidelines for
kosher foods, which tend to
have higher prices than the
same item that is not
kosher.
The suit was settled in
September when the
state reinstated the mar-
ket pending the issuance
of new guidelines.
The state has not notified
