Nev., and Robert Polasky,
former Detroiter also of Las
Vegas, were married re-
cently at Temple Beth
Shalom in Las Vegas.
The bride is the daughter
of the late Mr. and Mrs.
Seymour Glassman. Par-
ents of the bridegroom are
Nathan Polasky and Anette
Polasky of Utah.
Joanne Glassman was
her sister's maid of honor.
Gary Polasky was his
brother's best man.
The couple is residing in

Three-Cheese
Ball Recipe

1 package (8 ounces) cream
cheese, softened
2 cups shredded Jarlsberg
cheese
2 ounces crumbled blue
cheese

1/4 cup sour cream
1 1 /2 cups crumbled Norwegian
Kavli thin bread

In bowl, blend cheeses and
sour cream. Shape into ball.
Roll in crumbled bread. Chill
several hours or until ready to
serve. Makes about 3 cups
spread.
