Three-Cheese Ball Recipe 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened 2 cups shredded Jarlsberg cheese 2 ounces crumbled blue cheese 1/4 cup sour cream 1 1 /2 cups crumbled Norwegian Kavli thin bread In bowl, blend cheeses and sour cream. Shape into ball. Roll in crumbled bread. Chill several hours or until ready to serve. Makes about 3 cups spread.
