1 pkg. vanilla sugar
2 74 lb. (250 grams) crushed van-
illa wafers
Vis lb. coconut, shredded (save
Y2 cup)
Mix all ingredients together
except 1/2 cup coconut. Press
Into a 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle
with remaining coconut. Cut
Into squares and keep chilled.

Tennis Exhibitions to Aid
Centers for Israeli Youth

A team of four Israeli
youngsters will give a pub-
lic tennis exhibition 2 p.m.
Wednesday at the Detroit
Tennis Club. The team is
part of a U.S. tour by eight
Israeli youths on behalf of
the Israel Tennis Centers
program.
The four youngsters corn-
ing to Detroit will also give
a private exhibition on
Tuesday at the home of
Graham Orley in Bloom-
field Hills.
The Israeli tennis players
include Nir Ziskind, 9,
Ovadia Faraji, 10, Orit
Kandel, 10, and Dana
Carmi, 12.
They will be accompanied
by coach Shimon Rap-
paport, assistant Patty
Peelman and Israel T _ ennis
