ANNUAL DONOR
EVENT

Terrorism and a security
problem for women attend-
ing the 14th national board
conference of Women's
American ORT have Caused
the site of the gathering to
be moved from Paris to New
York City.
The conference was origi-
nally scheduled in Paris so
that American women could
visit the ORT schools net-
work there. The recent ter-
rorist attacks and regard for
the delegates' safety led to
the decision to change the
location of the meeting.
Michigan Region dele-
gates to the Nov. 28-Dec. 1
conference are: Susan Du-
bin, Michigan Region
president; Mary Lee
Fishman, chairman of the
executive committee; Ruth
Rosenfeld, vice president
and delegation chairman;
Barbara Weisberg, Bonnie
Cousens, Pauline Schreiber
and Marlene Hoffman.
Plans are to hold the 15th
national board conference
in Paris in 1984.
