The conference was origi- nally scheduled in Paris so that American women could visit the ORT schools net- work there. The recent ter- rorist attacks and regard for the delegates' safety led to the decision to change the location of the meeting. Michigan Region dele- gates to the Nov. 28-Dec. 1 conference are: Susan Du- bin, Michigan Region president; Mary Lee Fishman, chairman of the executive committee; Ruth Rosenfeld, vice president and delegation chairman; Barbara Weisberg, Bonnie Cousens, Pauline Schreiber and Marlene Hoffman.
