Several Holocaust sur-
vivors groups will mobilize
in answer to Israel's critical
need for cash support at a
special meeting Sunday at
Temple Beth El. All pro-
ceeds from the 7:30 p.m.
gathering will go directly to
Israel through the Israel
Emergency Fund.
The fund-raising session
is being held because of a
concern about the severe

economic disruption in Is-
rael due to the war against
the PLO in Lebanon, and
the resulting cutbacks of
vital social service pro-
grams. Among the sponsors
are United Jewish Social
Club, Workmen's Circle,
Shaarit
Haplaytah,
Radomer
Society,
Jabotinsky Society, Albert

Detroiter Weds Toledo Miss

Stacy Ann Brookenthal
and Howard Irwin Wallach
were married in a double-
ring candlelight ceremony
recently at Temple Bnai Is-
rael in Toledo, Ohio. Rabbi
Fishel Perlmutter, Rabbi
Edward Garsek and Dr.
Morton Goldberg officiated.
The bride is the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Albert
Brookenthal of Toledo. Pa-
