Perhaps the day has come.
when one can no longer dis-
tinguish between a war that
is "civilized" — conducted
according to the rules of in-
ternational law — and a
war that is like that of the
jungle. If so, it will be to the
credit of the PLO that it
raised the curtain on this
new kind of warfare.
And we will know for the
future what one can expect
from its ally — the Soviet
Union. It has been said by

wars were testing grounds

East and West. Humanity

I weep not for myself — I
have had my full share of
