Place on baking sheet and
bake at 300 degrees for 10 to
15 minutes to heat.
Meanwhile, saute onion and
green pepper in 2 tbsps. butter
in large skillet just until veget-
ables are tender but not
browned. Beat eggs well; mix
in milk and salt. Pour egg mix-
ture over vegetables. Cook
and stir until set but.still moist.
Spoon into hot tomato cups.
Makes 4 servings.
With any of these morn-
ing creations, serve kosher

water; by the potful for 8

ice and Resettlement Serv-
ice •will honor its volun-
teers at a luncheon noon
Wednesday at the Jewish
Federation Apartments.
Singer-guitarist Geri
Levit will entertain the
more than 200 men and
women to be honored.
The volunteers translate
for Soviet Jewish newcom-
ers to the community, shop
for the aging and physically
impaired clients and pro-
vide transportation for
them to medical appoint-
ments.
Many serve as "Friendly
Visitors" to the isolated per-
sons in nursing homes as
well as in their own homes.
A group of"Special Friends"
volunteer to spend their
time with youngsters.
The volunteer services
committee includes: Ai-

The residents of the
Jewish Federation Apart-
ments will hold a park
groundbreaking ceremony
at its first annual straw-
berry festival 1 p.m. Sunday
on the grounds of the
apartments.
The park, to be located
next to the building, will be
dedicated to the memory of
Eleanor Butzel Simon who
was an active volunteer at
the Jewish Federation
Apartments for many years.
Funding for the park has
been made possible through
contributions to the Eleanor
Butzel Simon Memorial
Fund by the Erwin Simon
family and friends.
The program will take
place at 2 p.m. and will in-
clude greetings from
President Sheldon Win-
kelman, a tribute to Mrs.
Simon by Mrs. Henry
Krolik -response by the
Simon family and greetings
Music will be provided by

mayor of Oak Park, and Kinder" choral group.
