MINNEAPOLIS (JTA) --
The certainty of the future
need for more beds foi-
Jewish elderly residents of
Minneapolis, St. Paul and
Duluth has led the board of
the Minneapolis Federation
for Jewish Services to apl
prove a proposal for a second
community nursing home
facility.
Such a facility, to accom-
modate between 150 to 200
Jewish elderly, was recom-
mended by a two-year Twin
Cities study, according to
the July "The Minneapolis
Jewish Community," pub-
lished by the federation.
The plan must also be con-
sidered by the St. Paul
United Jewish Fund and
Council.
