Rice Pudding

Summer generally means
more dairy meals. A rice
pudding can be used as a
side dish or dessert.
2 cups cooked rice
6 eggs
11/2 cups milk
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 /2 cup.white raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsps. cinnamon
1 cup canned peach slices,
drained
1 to 2 tsps. butter.
Combine all ingredients ex-
cept peaches and mix well. Put
into a well greased 2 1/2-quart
casserole. Arrange peach
slices on top, dot with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for VA
hours or until brown. Serves
eight.

tion, will head the panel and
present an overview of the
Israeli political system.
Jeffrey Sherman will
explain the Likud party's
position. He is active in
the Jabotinsky Society of
Herut in Detroit.
Dr. Herschel Schlussel
will present the views of the
National Religious Party.
Dr. Schlussel is a board
member of Mizrachi in De-
troit.
