facing deportation proceed-
ings. Antoinette Ayoub, 25,
and her brother Elias, 23,
claim that Elias has been
falsely accused of being a
member of the Popular
Front for the Liberation of
Palestine.
Elias is a doctoral student
at the New School for Social
Research in New York.
U.S. Immigration offi-
cials say that Elias Ayoub
has remained in the U.S.
longer than authorized and
his case is now in court.

Lynda Braverman, to
Harold Friedman, son of Dr.
and Mrs. Joseph Friedman
of Southfield.
Miss Braverman was
graduated with a degree in
horticulture from the Uni-
versity of Arizona. Her
fiance was graduated from
the University of Michigan
Medical School and is a
resident in cardiology at
Michael Reese Hospital in
Chicago.
A June wedding is

annual Bnai Brith
Presidents' Brunch 10 a.m.
Sunday at Cong. Shaarey
Zedek.
The brunch, given an-
nually in cooperation with
Jewish National Fund,
honors presidents of the
Men's and Woinen's Bnai
Brith Councils and
presidents and -tree and
tribute chairmen of all
lodges, chapters and units.
This year's brunch also is
dedicated to the memory of
Bnai Brith leader Myer
Littky, who distinguished
himself in many areas of
Bnai Brith and Jewish Na-
tional Fund.
Admission to the brunch
is. a tax deductible contribu-
tion of a minimum amount
to the Jewish National
Fund, which will include
the planting of two trees in
, the Forest of Peace.

Program Slated
Melody Musicale will

The Melody Musicale
Choral Ensemble will pre-

Evelyn Berger will play the
violin in memory of her
husband, Albert A. Berger.
The ensemble will lie di-
rected by Ms. Lazarus, who
