Pontiac Mall will have a
planning meeting for its
1976 Jewish festival 1:30
p.m. Wednesday in the mall
community room.
The mall will hold its
Jewish festival April 25-30,
featuring Jewish history
exhibits, cultural arts,
crafts, food and traditional
entertainment.
Non-profit Jewish organi-
zations are invited to oper-
ate fund raising booths of
their choice. Synagogues
and temples also are invited
to set up displays.

Mr. and Mrs. Harry Sachs
of Whitmore Ave., Oak
Park, were honored recently
by their children and grand-
children at a party at King-
sley Inn on the occasion of
their 50th wedding anniver-
sary.
Their children are Dr. and
Mrs. Mischa Sachs, Mr. and
Mrs. Harold Gottlieb and
Dr. and Mrs. Barry Sachs.
The senior Sachses have 10
grandchildren.
Mr. and Mrs. Sam Feld-
man of Coolidge Hwy., Oak
Park, were honored by their
son Aug. 16 at a party at
Northland Inn on the occa-
sion of their 50th wedding
anniversary.
Their son is Dr. Murray
A. Feldman. The couple
were married in Detroit in
1925. Mrs. Feldman who
was horn in London, Eng-
land, lived 67 years in De-
troit. Her husband was born
in Poland, raised in Toronto
and came to Detroit in 1923.
Among family and
friends who attended were
Mrs. Feldman's brother,
Abe Wise of Kalamazoo,
Mrs. Wise and their daugh-
ter; and friends, Mr. and
Mrs. Louis Authier, also of
Kalamazoo.
The couple have three
granddaughters.
If the thief has no occa-
sion to steal, he will extol
himself as being an honest
man.
