and the late Hyman Natinsky.
(Miss Simon graduated from
Wayne State University. Mr. Natin-
sky received his bachelors and
masters degrees in secondary ed-

Israel Emergency Fund, Warren T.

raising drive, and

ity relations budget and planning
division of the Jewish Welfare
Federation.
Joseph H. Pearlman will serve
as co-chairman of the Division. He
is a director of the Detroit Service
Group and a board member of
Jewish Vocational Service and
Community Workshop.
Edviard Coopersmith, Milton R.
Gilman, Robert Kasle, Donald A.
Mahler and Joel D. Tauber are as-
sociate chairmen of the division.
Jerome M. Ash, George Fried-
man and Marvin H. Goldman are
pre-campaign chairmen, rounding
out the key leadership places in the
industrial and automotive division.

Prof. ISAAC M. HOROWITZ of
the Weizmann Institute of Science's
department of applied mathemat-
ics was elected a fellow of the
U.S. Institute of Electrical and
Electronics Engineers. This honor,
reserved for a few individuals each
year in recognition of outstanding
