representative of A. J. Armstrong
Co. Inc.. has been promoted to
senior vice president. The an
nouncement was made by Jacob I
Seiler. chairman of the New York- I
based commercial finance organi-
zation. Broder joined Armstrong
in 1962 as vice president in charge
of the Detroit office in the Guard-
ian Building. Broder resides in
Birmingham with his wife
and three sons. lie is a past presi-
dent of the Franklin Hills Country •
Club and president of the Detroit '
Service Group, director of Broder
theaters and a general partner of

chem Institute, at commence-
ment exercises of the Herzliah
Hebrew Teachers Institute-Jew-
ish Teachers Seminary in New

three doctorates were conferred,
