Beth El and Rabbi Morris Dem-
bowitz of Philadelphia.
Parents of the couple are Dr.
and Mrs. Sam S. Willie of Oxley
Rd., Southfield, and Mrs. Meir
Engel of Philadelphia and the late
chaplain, Ltc Meir Engel.
Attending the bride as matron
of honor was Mrs. James B. Wil-
lis of Cincinnati. Bridesmaids
were Susan Frank and Carol
Weisman. Best man was Lt. Jerry
Goldstein of Lubbeck, Tex. Ushers
were Raphael Engel, the bride-
groom's brother, Dr. James B.
Willis, the bride's brother, George
Cowan and Robert Brown. The
bride wore a Victorian style Em-
pire gown of silk organza and
petite imported Alencon lace. It
was fashioned with a high neck-
line, finely tucked bodice, long
pouff sleeves and an A-line skirt
edged with the lace. Her head-
piece was a shoulder-length circle
mantilla of the lace. Following a
Motor trip East, Mr. and Mrs.
Engel will reside in Skokie, Ill.
