City Bank Makes Big Bond Purchase Gov. Romney to Receive Bar-Ilan University
Fellowship at Annual Dinner Here on Nov. 30

Governor George Romney will
be awarded a Bar-Ilan University
Fellowship at the annual dinner of
Detroit Friends of Bar Ilan, Nov.
30, at Cabo Hall.
Samuel Frankel, who has been
named general chairman of the
dinner committee, announced that
Rabbi Morris Adler will be the
gueSt speaker and Dr. Joseph H.
Lookstein of New York, president
of Bar-Ilan University, will present

2,000. Bar-Ilan has become one of
the important institutions of learn-
