Display in Oak Park
Henry Siegel Soloist with Symphony Tuesday

Eduard Werner will conduct
the Detroit Symphony Orches-
tra's free concerts Tuesday,
Thursday and Saturday, 8:15
P.M., in the Music Shell at the
Michigan State Fairgrounds.
Werner's soloist Tuesday will
by violinist Henry Siegel, con-
certmaster and assistant conduc-
tor of the Seattle Symphony,
who will play the Paganini-Wil-
helmj Concerto in D major.
Thursday's Independence Day
program will include Dvorak's
Symphony No. 5 in E minor
("From the New World") and
music by Bernstein, Grofe, Grif-
fes, Sousa and Herbert.
Saturday's "pop" concert will
find the Symphony's English
horn player, Lare Wardrop,
Voqcs Exchanged
The Sixth Annual Painting
Exhibition of South Oakland
County Artists is now on display
at the Oak Park Public Library.
The exhibition, which is spon-
sored by the Friends of the Li-
brary, may be seen through July
13 during library hours.
The artists having paintings
on display include Susan Haupt-
man and Henry Segal. The
judges were Larry and Sue Ebel,
art teachers in the Royal Oak
school system.

MRS. RICHARD BOCKOFF
Barbara Joan Litt was wed
to Richard Alan Bockoff in a
ceremony performed by Rabbi
Jacob E. Segal on June 23 at
Raleigh House.
Parents of the newlyweds
are Mr. and Mrs. Charles Sey-
mour Litt and Mrs. Selma
Bockoff of Westhampton Rd..
Southfield.
The bride wore an original
Bianci gown of candlelight
peau de soie with appliques of
Alencon lace. The gown was
princess style with a criss-cross
front panel of lace and em-
broidered with tiny seed pearls.
It was also highlighted by a
square neckline, elbow-length
sleeves and a shoulder-length
veil of silk illusion which was
held in place by a crown of
seed pearls and crystals.
Mrs. Richard Litt, sister-in-
law of the bride, was matron of
honor. Debbie Bockoff, sister
of the bridegroom, was junior
bridesmaid. Bridesmaids were
Susan Litt, Mrs. Robert Ko-
morn and Sheila Josephson.
Harry Bockoff served his
Son as best man. Ushers were
Richard Litt, brother of the
bride; Dr. G e r al d Gold,
brother-in-law of the bride-
groom; Martin Laker, Cy
Fruchter and William Levin-
son.
The newlyweds departed for
a New York honeymoon. They
will live in. Royal Oak.

her sisters, Carol Hoffman and
Mrs. Morton Metzger, and Linda
Schwartz, a cousin of the bride-
groom. Irving Lackritz,, brother-

ert Hoffman, brother of the
bride; Morton Metzger, Alan
