Judge Simons Is Acclaimed
On Seventy-Fifth Birthday
Judge Charles C. Simons, one I versity of Michigan which, four

sponsible for the passage of the

Law. He was a Wayne County
Circuit Court Commissioner, and
in 1908 was a member of the
State Constitutional Convention.
