Prof. Gray, who arrived in Paris
July 6, will visit Britain and
France, in addition to Western
Gqrmany.
Arrangements whereby Jewish
displaced persons' camps will not
come under the jurisdiction of
the propoSed German state, but
will remain the responsibility of
Allied authorities be dis-
cussed by. Prof. Gray, who will
also press for guarantees of civil
rights and fundamental freedoms
in the basic law of the West Ger-
man state, if it is constituted.
