Miss Marva Lee Rosenthal, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Manuel
M. Rosenthal of Atkinson Ave., whose marriage to Bernard Zack,

grandmother of the bride-elect, Mrs. J. P. Rosenthal, at her home

luncheon. at Huyler's; a luncheon and fashion show given by Mrs.
S. Kavanau and Mrs. H. Rosenthal at the Book Cadillac; Mr. Zack's
mother, Mrs. Meyer Zack, entertained at a dinner at Huyler's; a
spinster dinner given by Miss Thelma Pais at her home on North-

Capt. Joseph Rosen, who has returned to the U. S. after two
and a half years of overseas duty, is spending his leave with his
family at 14915 Monte Vista Ave.
Mr. and Mrs. Morrey Shepherd and daughter, formerly of La-

colorful pageant next Wednes-

panorama of Jewish festivals in
