Renee Marilyn Salon, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Salon of
Longfellow avenue, became the bride of Frederic Lewis Marble-
stone, son of Mrs. I. Marblestone of Hamilton avenue and the late
Mr. Marblestone, at an evening ceremony 'on July 23 at the
Sheraton.
The bride chose for her wedding, a gown of gardenia white
satin combined with imported chantilly lace. It was distinguished
by a deep oval neckline and a low bodice with long fitted sleeves.
The very full satin skirt fell from a fitted hipline and swept into a
cathedral train. Her' fingertip veil of silk illusion was held in
place by a close fitting cap of matching chantilly lace with a scal-
loped edge entwined with seed pearls. She carried a bouquet of
French camellias and ivy centered by a white orchid.
Collette Salon attended her sister as maid-of-honor and Mrs.
Gerald Steinberg, sister of the groom, was matron-of-honor. Nancy
Steinberg was flower girl,
Jerome Reiss acted as best man and the ushers were Kenneth
Powell of Pittsburgh, Pa., Milton Bronstein of Fort Wayne, Ind.,
Howard Prince, Sam Israel, and Gerald Steinberg.
After their wedding Mr. and Mrs. Marblestone left for an ex-
tended honeymoon in Chicago, Wisconsin, and northern Michigan.
On returning they will reside at the Roselawn Apartments on High-
land avenue.
