Max Schreibers Visit

Mr. and Mrs. Max Schreiber of
Glynn court have returned from
a visit with their son Sam, a
pre-med scholarship winner at
George Washington University,
Washington, D. C., and with their
daughter, Iljana, a fellowship
winner at Columbia University,
New York City.
Miss Schreiber is studying for
her doctor's degree in clinical
psychology. She recently was
admitted to a special school of
psychiatry. The Schreibers were
accompanied by another son,
Philip.

hal. ) of Apptline avenue, a son, Earl Leonard.
Oct. 7—To Mr. and Mrs. David Borodawkin (Rena Margolis)

New York City, famed fighter
for human rights, leader in the
interfaith movement and radio
commentator, will be guest
speaker at the second annual
donor luncheon of the Michigan
Ladies Auxiliary, Jewish War
Veterans, Arlene Rhodes, de-
partment president, announced.
Six hundred tickets already
have been sold for the affair to
be held Nov. 17 at the Hotel
Book Cadillac, Rose Gottlieb,
chairman, disclosed.
"With the 16 auxiliaries, paced
by the Lawrence Jones women,
working at a feverish pace, we
expect to come very close to
having at least 750 attending
the event," the chairman added.
The program will be given
added color by a Kern's fashion
show and the movie, "Dear Ma,"
a technicolor film with "Oscar"
aspirations.
