Youth Federation
to Spur Activities

The Jewish Youth Federation,
a council of Detroit groups
which was established last
spring, will expand its activities
this fall according to Leonard
Baruch, chairman.
The executive planning com-
mittee, appointed by represen-
tatives of 22 youth groups, is
making arrangements for a
meeting of presidents of all
youth organizations in the city,
to facilitate the work of the
federation.
Beginning with this issue, the
federation, through the court-
esy of the Jewish Chronicle will
publish a weekly calendar, list-
ing events of interest. The first
follows:

Sept. 27—Saturday Nite Dance
at Jewish Community
Center.
