One of the loveliest of the season's
brides was Miss Ruth Levyn, sister
of Mr. David E. Levyn, of 2008 West
Grand Boulevard, who was united in
marriage to Mr. Joseph Goldberg of
Newburyport, Mass, Wednesday,
Janaury 14, at noon at the Static,
Hotel. Rabbi Samuel S. Mayerberg
performed the ceremony in the pres-
ence of the family and a few imme-
diate friends. The parlor in which
the marriage took place was con-
verted by Breitmeyer into a bower
of fragrant blooms. Tall standards
of Sun Kissed roses banked the pulpit
platform. The same flowers were
used effectively in the table decora-
tions. The ceremony was performed
beneath a canopy of smilax. The
bride was very charming in a blue
tricotine traveling suit and wore a
sit blue hat. Miss Hattie Gold-
berg, of Toledo, served as maid-of-
honor, while Mr. Isaac Fink of To-

lcdo attended the groom as best man.
Other out-of-town guests were Mr.
and Mrs. J. Markson of Portland,
Me., Mr. and Mrs. A. Goldberg, the
Misses Hattie and Rose Goldberg of
Toledo, and Mr. Paul Goldberg of
Louis% elle, Ky., The bride, who has
made her home in this city only a
few years, belongs to one of the
pioneer families of Alpena, Mich.

Mrs. Louise Hessline is spending
several weeks in Bay City, Upon her
return she will resume her residence
at the Addison Hotel.
