LONG AND LITHE says spring fashion about the "almost no

waistline" of our hip belted dress.

Soft pleats clustering from

beneath a smooth torso line bring eye accent down to the

rhinestone buckled belt.

Made of wispy silk shantung, the slim

yet feminine dress will take its owner from an afternoon tea,

straight through a warm spring evening.
