By SUE LEVINE
Winter's fury has engulfed Ann
Arbor, but the many independent
and affiliated houses are not go-
ing to be "snowed under," as a
gay round of parties and dances
are scheduled for this weekend.
Highlighting the events will be
"March Moodls," sponsored by the
Assembly Association, and "Chan-
cellor's Court" sponsored by the
Law Club.
DANCING in an exotic atmos-
phere, surrounded by fortune tell-
ers with their crystal balls and
other games of skill, will be the
coeds of Geddes House, who will
have as their guests the men from
Kelsey. Looking into the future
and having their fates revealed to
them, the couples will dance to
records and will be served refresh-
ments.-
Following Gulantics tonight,
Sigma Alpha Epsilon will hold
an open house, while residents
of Taylor House in South Quad
will present "Sock Hop" in the
East Lounge.
Dressed as flappers and shieks

By SUE GARFIELD

open house from 4 to 6 p.m. Sun-

"Duffy," as his masters call him,
is a handsome Doberman pinscher
who thrives on Gaines and Rival
dog food. According to Zeta Psi
president, Don Courtwright, '54,
"Duffy" seems to be enjoying his
new home at 1443 Washtenaw.
THE ONE year, five-month-old
dog was presented to the house
last week as gift from the alumni.
He is the first mascot they have
had since "Commander III"' mys-
