HAS IDEAS ABOUT GATES - A specialist in crashing world
series gates is Harry S. Thobe, 73, bricklayer from Oxford, Ohio, who
appeared at the, Yankee Dodger series opener in New York complete
with parasol and a megaphone. He was for the Dodgers and claims t4
avoid drink, tobacco and wild women. With a claim of five series
"crashed," he won't tell how he does it.
