Prof. Parker Talks
At Freshman Panel.
More than 40 people at the thurd I
freshman roundtable Sunday at the
Union, heard Prof. DeWitt Parker,
of the philosophy department, diag-
nose the difference between right
and wrong and the various attitudes
toward it.
We would hardly be able to live ifI
we did not have some sense of what
is right and wrong, Professor Parker
said. He pointed out that different
people have different ideas of these
qualities, but that rules are valid even_
if they do vary.
Kenneth Morgan, director of the
Student Religious Association, spon-
sor of the roundtables, announced
that the final roundtable would be
held this Sunday at the Union when
President Ruthven will discuss the
aspects of education and religion.
