A copy of the complete reports
for each lake will be turned over
to the fisheries division of thee con-

assist them in the stocking of lakes.
Last year the wort, included lakes
in Kalkasha county. The program
for the summer is "another step
toward the ultimate goal-the sur-

member of the staff of the Univer-
sity museum of zoology, returned
home yesterday from a trip to Sand
Point, Mich., where he conducted
a study of bird migration.
Gone since April 10, Douglass
found the location a profitable one
for his purpose, he said. His obser-
vations included the arrival, num-
bers, and other statistics about the
birds, which hie intends to correlate
with the weather conditions..
The largest field of his investiga-
tion concerned 21 species of warbl-
ers. The migration of shore birds
and hawks were too limited to be
satisfactory.
Leo Diegel was visiting the
Cherry Valley Club course yester-
.day to look over some new wooden
clubs. He took one to the first tee
and socked away. His caddie found
the ball in the hole at the first
green, 285 yards away, par 4.
