Some of the best swimmers in
Canada and the United States will
oppose each other when the To-,
ronto Y. M. C. A. natators com-
pete with Michigan at 7:30 tonight
in the Intramural building pool.
The Wolverines are meeting the
Canadians for the third time in as
many years. An entrance fee of
50 cents will be charged for those
wishing to attend.

peat their conquest of last year's.
titles again.
Michigan Is Strotg.
Michigan also boasts an excellent
squad of natators composed of sev-
eral veterans of last year's West-
ern Conference champions and a
group of fast swimming sopho-+
mores from the crack yearling team+
of the class of '32. The Wolver-
ines started out well by winning
their initial meet against Indiana
by a 57-14 score, and showing much
of the form required to win the Big
Nine title season.
Have Olympic Men.
The powerful Canadian champ-
ions boast three Olympic men on
th'eir squad, two of them being na-
tional record holders. Aubin is the
Canadian national champion in the+
200 yard breast stroke event, and
competed in the Olympic games
last year. Phillips, another Olym-,
pic man, holds the diving champ-
ionship of the Dominion. Gibson,
who swims in the 50 and 100 yard
free style events as well as on -re-
lay teams, is a title holder and also
competed in the Olympics.
Gibson and Walker will fight it
out in both the 50 and 100 yard1
sprints. In the meet two years ago
Walker succeeded in vanquishing
,the Canadian champion in both
events. However, in last year's af-
fair between Toronto and Michi-
gan, Gibson carried off the honors
in both these races. With both men
