To Deans and Recorders : The Secretary's report on non-quota in--
migrant students enrolledat the University of Michiganfor the first
time this semester, those who have reenrolled, and those who have not
returned for further wore, this fall; should be sent to Washihgton at
the earliest possible moment. Will you, therefore, kindly get this in-
formation to me, on the blanks which you have for that purpose, with
the least delay possible. Please include also a complete report on any
non-quota immigrant students who may have graduated from your
school or college in June, or at the close of the Summer Session.

In cases where no make-up grade is received and no request for
additional time has been filed, these marks shall be considered as
having lapsed into E grades.
