Professor A. Pearce Higins, C. B. E., K. C., Whewell Professor of In-
teruational Law at Cambridge University, will lecture on "The Locarno Set-
tlemernt" Tuesday, April 26th, at 4: 15 P. M. in Room C in the Law Building.
Profesvsor Higgins was an expert adviser to the British Government (hur-
ing the World War and at the Peace Conference. Ile is an Editor of the
British Year Book of International Law and a member of the Institut de
Droit International. The public is cordially invited.
