Dentists from Flint, Saginaw, and
Dlay City were in Ann Arbor yester-1
Clay, and more than 200 will he here to-
day from lDetroit, in accordance with
a custom of making visits to the Uni-
versity annually to keel) in touch with
the work that is going on in the dental
school. This afternoon Prof. Daniel
L. Rich,of the physics dlepartmnent, will
speak to the Detroiters on "The Meas-
urement of Noise." Professor Rich
has been doing research work in this
field for the Timken Bearing company.
At 6 :15 o'clock a dinner will be served
at the Union, at which time Prof. llow-
ard B3. Lewis. of the Medical school.
will speak on "Developments in Phys-
iological Chemistry Relating to D~ent-
istry."
