Parking of cars anywhere in the driveway between Nrth University Ae-
iiite and the parking space east of Mason all not only cuses inconvenience
to 'ail using the driveway for proper purposes, but is a positive source of
danger to other automobiles and to persons. This is particularly ,the case
wthen cars are so parked at night. Such disregard of the rights and, safety
of others may be expected, hereafter, to result in cancellation of the Campus

Notice, Bicycle )Riding on the Campus:
Bicycle-riding on walks of the Campus of the University of Michigan is
strictly prohibited at all times, day or night, by legislation of the Regents.
The most frequent violators of this rule are young boys and girls. Pedes-
trians have recently been knocked down, and they are daily endangered.
N~otice is hereby given to all concerned, and especially to parents of chi-
dren who own bicycles, that University police have been instructedl to take
ch'arge of any bicycles being ridden on the Campus walks, adl to hold same
for redemption by owners (in case of minors, by parents or guardians) on
furnishing satisfactory indication that the act will not be repeated. TIhe
altornative, or the action in case of repeated violation of the rule, wil be
prosecution 'under Michigan Public Act No. 90, of 1905, as aended ~y Pub-
lic Act No. 302 of 1907.
The rule against bicycle riding, and enforcement thereof, are necssary
for the safety of users of the Campus walks, and the cooperation o all, es-
pecally of parents, is respectfully urged.
