The most frequent violators of this rule are young boys and girls. Pedes- trians have recently been knocked down, and they are daily endangered. N~otice is hereby given to all concerned, and especially to parents of chi- dren who own bicycles, that University police have been instructedl to take ch'arge of any bicycles being ridden on the Campus walks, adl to hold same for redemption by owners (in case of minors, by parents or guardians) on furnishing satisfactory indication that the act will not be repeated. TIhe altornative, or the action in case of repeated violation of the rule, wil be prosecution 'under Michigan Public Act No. 90, of 1905, as aended ~y Pub- lic Act No. 302 of 1907.
