REST SCHEDULEO FOR MEN
NOT ENTERING AGGIE MEET
Ten members of Michigan's track
team will leave at 2:37 o'clock this
afternoon to participate in the M. A.
C. invitation meet to be held at East
Lansing tonight. The squad will re-
turn immediately after 'the meet.
Steve Farrell will make use of his
opportunity to test several of the new
members of the team under fire this
evening and a large number of the
squad making the trip will be members
of the reserve team. Wittman and Hig-
gins will test their speed again to-
night. this being the last meet before
the Conference indoor meet for the
dashmen. They should have little dif-
ficulty in placing. A two mile relay
squad composed of Bishop, Cochran,
Carson and Hicks will meet the Ag-
gie runners in a special race which
has become a fixture on the program
of the meet every year.
Several other men will be entered
in the individual events. Aubrey will!
be eitered in thd hurdles, McCain in
the high jump, Rhodes in the pole
vault. The entries in the meet will
consist of athletes from practically
every college in the state including
Ypsilanti, Albion, Alma, and Kalam-
azoo. Some of the athletes entered from
the smaller schools have made good
marks during the early season and it
s ,likely that several carnival records
will go by the board.
