I

Just before the football gamfi
on Dad's Day "one of the boys"
and his father came into tho
Pen Shor to make use of the
"fountain pen filling station."
No sooner had the "junior
member" taken ihs Rider Mast-
er Pen out of his pocket than
the "Senior member was all in-
terested, "Where did you get
that pen, Billy?"

"Right here, this is Rider's
Pen Shop, Dad."
Of course I showed him our
stock of both large sizes which
are made uip in both- the rich
black and the beautifully mottl-
ed barrels, and I thought sure
he would bPuy one,-but "No sir-
ree,'" he had a better idea, and
said, "Billy, you understand I'm

not hinting or anything like
that,, but I do think thta one of,
those pens would make Me a
mighty fine Christmas present."
Just a couple of days *ago Bill
was in he Pen Shop And bought,
his father a Rider Master Pen-2
one of the large mottled ones'
wih his Father's name engrav-
ed on. the barrel n'everthin'.
