Baron S. A. Korff will deliver three University lectures on Monday,
Dec. 4, Tuesday, Dec. 5, and Wednesday, Dec. 6. Ech lecture will be given
in Room B, Law building, at 4:15 p i. The subj3ects w ill be as follows:
(1)' "The Present Status of Parliamentary Gvertnent in Europe;", (2)
"Recent Events "in Russia;" (3) ~Russia and Turktey.", The public is cor-
dially invited to? attend these lectures, which are arranged through the
IDepartment of Political Science.

Aerican Field Service Fellowshps:
Fifteen fellowships, of the value of $20o plus 8,00 francs, which are
renewable for a second year, will be offered by the Society for American
Field Service Fellowships for French Unver'sities ths ya. These fellow-
sips are assigned, upon a competitive bas, to graduates o'f American co-
leges and other suitably qualified candidates. Applications should reach the
Secretary of the Society not later than Jan. 1, 1923,r Prof. C. B. Vib-
bert, of the Department of Philosophy, has been designated to act as ad-
viser to students in connection with these Fellowships.. those who wish
to' make application for them are advised to consult Professor Vibbert.

Art Exhibtion:i
Because of the unprecedented interest in the, paintings of Nikolai
Rolerich, now on display in the West Gallery of Alumni Memorial Hall, ar-
rangements have been made-to continue the exhibition through Wednesday
afternoon, Nov. 29. B. M. DONALDSON.
Faculty of the College of Literature, Scence, and the Arts:
Attention is called to the midsemester report cards which are being
placed in the tops of the Dean's Messenge Boxes. All memblers of the fac-
ulty are asked to report cases of students whose work so far has been un-
satisfactory. Such reports, in order to be of ,any service to the students
concerned, should be made "prompt ly. If, in any case, the supply of cards
in the boxes is insufficient, more cards may.be e obtained at my office.

Bliue Prints:
Beginning Monday, Nov. 27 students and University depatents may
have blue prints mrade in any size, and quantity by t>he hotographiic Labor-
atory of the Department of Drawing. . tudents shoutld, leave their traings
in the office of the Secretary of the University and may receive and pay
for the 'prints at the, same'office. University departments may deliver their
tracings either to the Secretary's 'office or to the phoatographic laboratory,
429 :Engineering building.
All tracings left' at the laboratoryor at the .Secretary's office before
10 a. m. will be printed and ready for delivery at : 3. Tracings left before
4 o'clock will be, printed and returned at 10 o'clock a.m following. The
ww, price for blue prints will be 1 cent per foot or fraction thereof. The min-
imum charge-is" 5 cents. Special 'arrangemnents are made for the business
oft"University .epartments..,
The laboratory is prepared also to make brown print negatives from
tracings, and tracings delivered before 10 i.4m.1illbe printed ad the neg-
atives returned at 10 a. in. followting. The lwrice 'or n egatives is 2 cents
per square foot, with a minimum chage of 10 cents.
