University departments may deliver their tracings either to the Secretary's 'office or to the phoatographic laboratory, 429 :Engineering building. All tracings left' at the laboratoryor at the .Secretary's office before 10 a. m. will be printed and ready for delivery at : 3. Tracings left before 4 o'clock will be, printed and returned at 10 o'clock a.m following. The ww, price for blue prints will be 1 cent per foot or fraction thereof. The min- imum charge-is" 5 cents.
