Oregon-Following the idea first at-
tempted. by Northwestern uiniversit,
the University of Oregon will 'make
a permanent collection of films taken
of students and campus events. A few
thousand feet of films have been taken
in the' last week which will be shown
at alumni meetings, reunions, and at
picture house i throughout the state.

curiosity of students here was install-
el yesterday. It is a card about three
by zi; inch~e, tacked to the wall, .on
which is vrltten : "Do not look° under
this card." Of 40 persons entering 'the
room, 83 looked under the card, two
did0 'not ;ee it, one intended to look
but was interrupted, and one refrained
from doing the forbidden act. The
card concealed -merely a mirror.

Students Visit Detroit Plants
Several students in the chemical en-
i ginee rink . department lett at 6: 30 o'-
clock this morning on the Michigan
Central for Detroit to make a tour of
some of the industrial plants there.

plants of the Detroit Steel Castings
ccenipany and the Michigan -Malleable
Iron company, and Henry Ford's R&'-
er Rouge plant.
