Only one match could be run off
in the fall tennis tournament yester-
day afternoon before darkness set in.,
In this, the fourth round in the sin-
gles, Cole eliminated Christie in three
-sets. The game was closely contest-
ed, as the score of 6-2, 3-6, 6-3, would
indicate. Both players were greatly'
handicapped by the poor:tennis weath-
er, neither playing his usual game.
By virtue of his victory, Cole now
meets Reindel in the semi-finals. This
match will .be played at 10 o'clockm
This morning.- Provided the wilnner

bles is also- set for this muorning.

Creedon. Unless it is. absolutely im-
possible this match should be played
today so that the finals may take place
on Monday.
