Carroll has been a consistent point
w inner for the past two seasons,
cleaning up first places in nearly all
of the dual meets in which he has ta-
ken part. In last year's intercollegiate
at Philadelphia, the new leader took
down third place behind McKenwjie of
Princeton and Windnagle of Cornell.
At Cambridge last week the Wolverine
was second to Windnagle, making the
maile in 4 minutes and 16 2-5 seconds.
