1 The class day exercises of the 1912
tlaw class were held in University Hall
ayesterday afternoon. Roscoe E. Bon-
isteel, class president, made a short
address, welcoming the friends of the
class to the events of the day and
week. Frank T. Hinks reviewed the
fclass history, the class poem was giv-
en by Philip H. Cale, Sigmund W. Da-
vid delivered the oration, and the
Tprophecy was read by Samuel A. Pers-
ducation. W

On behalf of the class Langdon H.
Larwill presented the class memorial,
a. portrait of Prof. E. R. Sunderland.
Dean Bates, speaker for the university
and the department of law, accepted
the gift. FElbert C. Middleton pro-
nounced the valedictory, and the exer-
cises closed with the singing of "The
Yellow and Blue."
